Sharing with 1 (gay, not camp) male (31) - in relationship but does not live with partner. Looking for someone who is either gay male or gay friendly male or female. I work full time but I'm fairly laid back and like a bit of fun, a few good nights out etc though not really a party flat. Like chilling with a beer and watch a bit of telly but it's not on all the time! I tend to come and go quite a lot throughout the week and weekends; usually busy doing a bit of sport, playing in a band, seeing the other half etc. Incidentally, I'm Christian so hopefully you respect that; I'm not fussed what your own beliefs might be but just thought I'd mention it for some reason.
I smoke myself (confine this to one room), though I'm always saying I'll quit, so not fussed if you smoke or not. I'm keen not to live with a dope smoker however.

I would need 1 months deposit and we will draw up a short term tenancy agreement for peace of mind on both sides. Would prefer to have a short to mid-term (2m-1 yr) lease, but flexible.
