Looking for a 2 bedroom spacious flat for myself and my 2 year old son in a nice surrounding area with ease of access to nurserys/child care and transport into the town centre with plenty of prospects of activities for young chil, safe park areas, pools soft play etc. preferably easily heated and easy to access with a buggy and not to noisy a neighbourhood, any help much appreciated.

Hello people, I'm a professional female seeking a friendly flatshare or spacious bedsit (do such things exist?) in the west end. Currently living in a big shared townhouse with 8 other delightful individuals, but the time has come to move on and into somewhere that feels more like a home than a hostel. I work as a research assistant at Strathclyde Uni. Outside of work I have a wide selection of interests ranging from photography, learning guitar (still at the basic stage), swimming, running (when I have bursts of energy), slobbing about on the couch and watching tv show marathons (when I don't have bursts of energy), eating out, finding new bars, cafes and restaurants to try, 'experimental cooking' and baking and so on. I'm quite tidy but not obsessively so. I don't smoke and am considerate of others schedules and privacy needs. I like animals and would be happy to share a home with any four-legged creatures. Looking for somewhere that is comfortable and a relaxing environment to chill out in - I do enjoy socialising and the odd tipple but my party animal days are behind me I think. A private bathroom would be nice but isn't a deal-breaker. I'd also need parking to be available, preferably on street without requiring a permit. I can also be flexible with moving dates. If it sounds like we could be compatible as flatmates or you have a nice reasonably price flat to let (max £400 pcm), I'd be happy to hear from you.
