Ken Palmer : Glasgow Artist : Paintings 1979

By the end of the 1970s I had chalked up another 23 group exhibitions and had my first solo show which was in the Netherlands. Although sales were not good  there were some and by producing prints of my work I was disseminating my ideas  further. The use of the airbrush had given me the technique I wanted to produce works that looked highly finished. The development of my Electric City series had given me a recognisable style which I continue to use to this day.
