Sarah McQuaid USA Touring Schedule!!!!!

Added on Wednesday 22 Aug 2012

Sarah McQaid is an absolutely amazing and beautiful singer and instrumentalist. Her musical style covers Irish traditional as well as American Folk and jazz. In her alto voice there is a deep warmth that truly envelopes the listener.

Sarah was born in Madrid and raised in Chicago. Her father was from Spain and her mother is American. Sarah has citizenship both in America and Ireland and currently resides in England with her husband and two children. She has been active in music and performing with Chicago's Childrens Choir since the age of 12.

In the early 90’s she moved to Ireland, where she stayed for 13 years, working as a journalist covering music and working in in Dublin's rich art community.

Sarah's current album The Plum Tree is absolutely spectacular and I definitely recommended taking a listen. A folk album certainly not to be missed. Also not to be missed is Sarah's upcoming American tour. The schedule is listed below so please check it out! You can also visit Sarah on the web at www.sarahmcquaid.com
