Come To Our Launch Lunch

In the community garden on Sunday 29th July from 1 - 3pm. Bring food to share for a communal lunch, have a guided tour of the garden and help us plan our Harvest Celebrations over the weekend of 8-9 September.

New communal gardening times

Join us in the garden on
Wednesdays 4-8pm
Sundays 12-4pm
and Tuesdays 4-8pm (from Tues 31st July)


  • Tuesday Tutorials, every Tuesday evening from 6.30 - 7.30pm
  • Tuesday 31st July Harvesting knowing when crops are ready to harvest, storing your food and collecting seeds
  • Tuesday 7th August Sowing tips on what can still be planted now & how best to water and look after your seedlings
  • Tuesday 14th August Soil improving, fertilising, composting, leaf mould and herbal brews
  • Tuesday 21st August Weeds and Beneficial plants managing weeds plus plants to encourage wildlife
  • Tuesday 28th August Pests and Diseases identifying problems with plant health & protecting against pests

Wednesday Workshops, the first Wednesday of the month

Starting on Wednesday 1st August 6-8pm with BEES IN THE GARDEN

Bumblebees are the sound of the summer, but numbers have been greatly declining. Find out how the way you garden can help bumblebees with Anthony McLuskey from the Bumblee Conservation Trust.
