GLASGAY! 2007 promises to be one the brightest celebrations of the autumn season. The popular Glasgow festival has a dash of sparkling celebrities, haute couture, gothic drama, evocative music, boutique style musicals, hilarious confessional stand-up comedy; contemporary visual arts and fancy dress party nights.

Highlights include KYLIE: THE EXHIBITION at Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum; the flagship production is a specially commissioned production of Louise Welsh's novel TAMBURLAINE MUST DIE and the National Theatre of Scotland present their hit Edinburgh Festival show VENUS AS A BOY.

Glasgay's music programme is both contemporary and classical with another hit concert from national treasure, Carol Laula.

Amy Lam? chokes on Mama Cass's final sandwich, Craig Hill sashays into the Tron for late night campery and Scott Capurro, Wicked Wenches and Jonathan Mayor return for more laughs at that favourite comedy haunt The Stand.

For all those of you who ever danced with hairbrushes in front of bedroom mirrors singing - "I had the time of my life!" the King's Theatre brings DIRTY DANCING THE CONCERT featuring an evocative mix of feel good tunes.

Party nights explore burlesque culture, electro underground dance and downright tongue-in-chic campery. Why not dress up for Scotland?s first ever Big Gay Prom or dress down and funky for regular club nights such as Utter Gutter or Death Disco.

Glasgay! is one of the most relevant and coolest events in the annual calendar and truly offers entertainment for all ages, tastes and persuasions.
