Sav Aiello is a traveling certified Yoga teacher promoting her unique Yoga Savvy classes – with the choice of different classes including:

Live interactive classes on Zoom

Live  interactive classes on Zoom allow students to gather together to practice as a virtual community. Classes are open to students at all levels. Each class is centred around a theme (e.g.heart opening, hips) and is paired with a playlist to create a “dance on your mat.”  First class is free to new students – 25% discount for secondary school pupils and students. 

 On-Demand classes

Private Sessions

Currently Sav is offering 1-to-1 private classes via zoom at a special discount (£37/$50). In these sessions she focuses on implementing all 8 Limbs of Yoga into your practice through exercises for meditation and self-reflection. Additionally, she will put together your Yoga Savvy Private Practice Packet, which you will break down together over your meeting(s). Sav has experience teaching children, teens, and adults of all levels.

Vinyasa Yoga

Sav has been teaching yoga since 2018 and is certified to teach Vinyasa Yoga, which is a style of yoga characterised by stringing different postures together so no two classes are alike. Often referred to as ‘flow yoga’ – a method which  teaches students to flow seamlessly through various postures . Vinyasa Yoga is believed to help develop a more balanced body as it focuses on healing from within.

Sav began her yoga practice in 2015. She grew up in the world of sports and was particularly attracted to the stillness that yoga provided—creating an inner journey that wasn’t focused on competition or appearance. Over time her practice shifted towards Vinyasa Yoga, with a love for the creative element in sequencing and focus on how we can heal ourselves from within. When she moved to New York City in 2018, she pursued her interest in Vinyasa Yoga and trained to become a certified teacher. For two years Sav taught Vinyasa Yoga in New York with a focus on how YOGA is a means to becoming SAVVY with the Self. Her approach encourages students to harness what is already inside them – uniting body and mind to heighten awareness and cultivate compassion towards everyone.

Sav now lives in Glasgow, where she continues to build a following for Yoga Savvy and is about to complete training in Ashtanga / Rocket Yoga.

When the pandemic started Sav had already been teaching at several studios across NYC for nearly 2 years. Due to the closure of recreational spaces and many businesses, she had to take teaching into her own hands. During summer 2020 she began teaching outdoor classes in Astoria Park, New York, with a focus on community building. Sav is still in touch with her students although she has moved all the way to Scotland. She believes that during this quiet time inside it is important to realise that we are not caged by our conditions – in her classes she focuses on liberating the body through awareness of the mind.  Sav’s Zoom classes facilitate practising yoga as part of a virtual community.


Community is a huge part of how Sav teaches.  Since transitioning to online teaching, she has used an approach which fosters community through connection via social media on Instagram and Facebook. Students use #YogaSavvyCo so that Sav can follow their progress and see photographs of their practice in action.
