On Tuesday we met with some friends in the new 'Room' restaurant on Great Western Road - it's very stylish.

Work continues on the Kibble Palace. It certainly looks a bit run-down at the moment.

On our way back from Wester Ross a few weeks ago we stopped to have a look at Eilean Donan Castle - apparently the most photographed castle in Scotland. The weather wasn't kind - very wet and very misty.
