The weekend before last we went for a walk through the Botanic Gardens - with hopes of coming across a few snowmen before they melted away. Sadly we only found one. It's a cracker - as you can see below.

It looks like Pat has a very large hand-puppet to play with here. :-)

Nice to see some spring flowers poking through the snow.

We took a walk through the main greenhouse; always nice and warm even on the coldest of days. And always full of fancy plants to photograph.

Coming out of the Botanics we walked up to Queen Margaret Drive - thinking we should grab a coffee before heading up the road.

As part of the Film festival we went to see a Mexican film - and took up the invitation to the party afterwards; complete with men in strange Mexican masks.
