North Indian chickpea and potato dahl, cumin biscuits and coriander aioli
Hot smoked mackerel, beetroot relish, pear, almond and celery salad,
Riesling dressing
Oaxacan beef flank empanada, drunken pinto beans, tomato and jalapeno salsa

beetroot muhammara
Baked yoghurt, herb and walnut crusted lythe, saffron and fennel haricot beans,
buttered kale, roast baby onions
Traditional turkey with roast carrots, parsnips and potatoes, brussel sprouts,
apricot and chestnut stuffing, pigs in blankets, cranberry sauce
Roast pheasant breast, celeriac puree, confit sweet potato and smoked leeks
