Ruby's is a fave of ours too and we went there a LOT! so we too were devastated (for the second time) that it had closed down. By chance I was in town the other day and bumped into Angela, the owner and was having a chat with her and basically they had to close because the lunch hours were not bringing in the money because of the location so they sold up. I asked her if she was planning to re-open somewhere else and she said "YES"    PHEW! She said she was looking more into the city centre again but to keep checking on the internet to see what happens. So it looks like good news - I just wish we could find somewhere in the meantime that has decent asian food. They dont make em like Ruby's! Where are you eating now? Ive tried the Lemon Tree and a place in West Princes Street but they are just average - any recommendations?
