Very sad that such a wonderful writer has developed this dreadful condition. Maybe we should all choose one of his books to read and discuss?

So harper, Snow White, me and you, lynnski.
How were you thinking we should take it forward? Apart from reading the book

Ok boring but I think we shoiuld start with Love in the time of Cholera and then review the whole book. Whadda you think?
100 days was the book lynnski suggested way back as she had started reading it, harper. I ordered it from the library but no sign as yet so I've now bought it on Amazon.
I think the question was how do we approach the group - discuss one chapter at a time or whole book?
Maybe we could follow up with Love in the time of Cholera and give Marquez intensive attention? We could compare the books.
I read pretty quickly so happy to read the whole book and discuss - once it's in my hands.

How long are we giving ourselves to read it?
FWIW, I think 100 Years of Solitude would lead itself quite well to a chapter by chaper check in...

This'll be a first for me but if I can get the book in the library then I'll give it a go.Right then, chapter by chapter it is. Shall we start a new topic for the discussion or just keep this one going?
