Hope to see some of you along at Brel on Saturday for the Launch of Jim's new CD The Innocent

Jim will perform with his band The Blackwoods, Dinny, guitar, auto-harp, vocals, Elanor Gunn on fiddle, Peter Byrne, vocals, bass, percussion, ukelele and whistling, Graham Mackintosh, guitar, banjo.

Lots of great songs, super harmonies and much fun.

Saturday 25th February, Brel, Ashton Lane - Doors 7.30 p.m.

Congratualtions, Jim. I'm sure you will all have a great night. If I wasn't in he middle of a contract tender I'd be joining you. I'll buy the CD instead. :P

Awe thanks, harper. Wish you were here and wish I didn't have a rotten cold. I hope I make it.

Celtic Music Radio are talking about coming to record the gig and it will be revisited on their radio station by John Collinge on his show this Wednesday.

You'll also be able to hear Jim interviewed and singing some of the songs with Felonius Monk on Sunny Govan on Tuesday 28th.

It was a great night. The band was superb and the capacity crowd were also brilliant. :)

I could only stay for the first set Pat but it really was impressive. I will be watching out for more gigs. A really great band and I sure the night could only have got better. I had to go to an office night out.

Fabulous reviews. :D I have to say my own wee favourite is Sand in Our Shoes. I would loved to have been there but a big thank you the CD. B)
