I think it's quite eerie, watching seeing the ghosts of Westend past, knowing one day, on someone elses home video, that really could be some of us folks.

I've watched it about twenty times and just love it. How things change right enough. Amazing how busy the pavements are - 'course not so many cars. Everyone seems to be going at a great pace and, as you say harper, they do look 'smart'.

I think you could be right about HH, Dex. He would fairly be missing his SLR. ;)

There are some fabulous other videos linked to that, particularly the East End of Glasgow, less top hats and more flat caps.

Here you go, samsc, definitely more 'flat caps' also some brilliant buildings.
