They are quite hard to find these days, even in Slaters, trousers without them just don't hang right. At one time men would place old pennies in their turn-ups to keep their trousers straight. I love turn-ups.
I'm still wondering when turn ups (or cuffs as tam calls them) went out of fashion.
When girls have them on their trouser suits, they look fabulous. (Both trousers & girls that is)

Am I the only person in Glasgow who has never been in Slaters?

Is the right answer.apart from on jeans that is.
Maybe we can sort that out soon, I need a wardrobe upgrade, would be glad of your opinion on my choices. Tam may be needing a new pair of corduroy's after his trip, we could kill two burds with one stone.Am I the only person in Glasgow who has never been in Slaters?

No bother, HH, I'm never short of an opinion. If tam get's cords then he'll need to ditch his white trainers for some brogues. Just the stylist in me talking.

Men having enough money to weight their trooser legs doon, are ye sure ?They are quite hard to find these days, even in Slaters, trousers without them just don't hang right.
