If ye are gonnae get any sunlight in the afternoon, in this toon it will be frae the west, cos thats where ithe sun lies doon.


The sun when it appears in the west end in my experience is usually totally blindin me headin all the way doon Byres Road :P
And coming back from the park with the dog.

And during the summer it's broiling us to death through the boyf's shoooj double glazed livin room windaes ;)

Science Centre. Taken on the walk back home after meeting nwe and HH. Given it was on a camera phone and I was a bit drunk, s'no bad! ;) Makes me think of HR Geiger's work.

See, the "60 steps", Lynnski ir maybe HH knows or anyone else familiar wi them. Is that Stair St. that I have heard mentioned ? Or is that another place but nearby ?

Not sure where 'Stair St.' is though. Can't find it on the Street Atlas either. ;)

HH, I never could find it on a-z but friends used to talk about Stair st and I always thot it was near Fergus drive or Oban Drive so when I seen this I thot, maybe this was it. Could it have been a local name for the stairs ?
