The play is directed by Stephen Cafferty who has directed many well known recent plays including Singing I'm No A Billy He's A Tim, The Trial and The Birthday Party (Citizens Theatre)

The first musical written by the infamous duo Rodgers and Hammerstein. Opening in Broadway almost 70 years ago, it is the original musical tale of first love and the jealousy and mind games which ensue. The action all takes place in turn-of-the-century America in the territory state which is soon to become the state of Oklahoma!
This production by Glasgow Universitys Cecilian Society provides an ideal blend of romance, comedy, gritty emotion and a visually captivating dream sequence, meaning Oklahoma! is a spectacle not to be missed. The Cecilian Society portray this classic tale with an unforgettable score in a fresh light with a young, energetic and exceptionally talented cast.
Curtain is up at 7.30pm at the Mitchell Theatre, Glasgow on Wednesday 22nd 25th February, including a 2.30pm matinee on the 25th.
