Photo: joyworks. Joyworks - Laughter Workshops

Joyworks is offering a free 20 minute laughter lunchtime des-tress Wednesday 16th December 1.00-1.30pm.Come along and watch how it changes your day!

In the usual G12 venue- the workshop will culminate in a photo shoot for the Herald. Those who would like to stay on for 10 minutes for this photo shoot – I’d be greatly obliged!

G12 STUDIOS, 37 Ruthven Lane, Off Byres Road, Opposite Hillhead Underground Station, West End Glasgow

Joyworks will be offering lunchtime workshops in the west end and the city centre in the New Year.

The benefits are almost immediate, too. In the days following the workshop, I find that I'm laughing more often, but that I'm also calmer in everyday life and better at dealing with small stresses and niggles.
