New Venue

Along the Herras fencing around the bowling green on Kelvin Way, Kelvingrove Park - from Sauchiehall Street to entrance to Kelvingrove Art Gallery Car Park.

Seventeeth Anniversary for the West End Festival in Glasgow - Paintings on Railings was one of the first events in 1995 so we will be celebrating our 17th birthday this year!
