The Free Candy Sessions: New Year Hooley

I'm playing tomorrow evening (Friday) - along with the Blackwoods - at the 'New Year Hooley' - at the Roxy 171 (171 Great Western Road). It would be good to see you there, if you fancy a night out?

In the Blackwoods tomorrow evening will be my brother Peter (playing with me for the first time in about 4 years) and Dinny. Dinny will also be playing a set - so it's not to be missed.

Re: CD news

The new songs are finished and mixed and are now with the mastering studio; which is a relief for me as it means I no longer have the opportunity to mess around with them.

Now I can move on to putting all the design elements together and getting the physical CDs manufactured.

I think you will like this latest record; the songs are the best I've written. I'm excited about finally releasing them into the wild. If you are local to Glasgow - don't forget to put the release party date in your diary: 25th February 2012 at Brell Ashton Lane, Glasgow. :-)
