Scottish Youth Theatre Productions

25 March - 11 April 20

SYT Productions re-telling of Hans Christian Andersen's The Ugly Duckling will delight and captivate its young audience from the moment they enter the beautiful home of Scottish Youth Theatre in Glasgow's Merchant City until the moment they leave, with a small plastic toy duck in hand! Suitable for 3 - 7 year olds and their families.

The show will comprise of as much audience participation as possible with the performance taking place in the round with big cushions scattered on the floor to be sat on. Running time is just 1 hour so there's no wriggling of a bored nature!

One of the most special features of this type of work is the reaction it evokes from the targeted age group. Wide eyes, big smiles, lots of giggling, ooh-ing and ahh-ing ... a really memorable experience for everyone involved. So if you haven't let your child experience the world of performing arts, The Ugly Duckling at Scottish Youth Theatre is the perfect way to do so.
