SQIFF returns with another programme packed with all things LGBTQ+ and film. Across five days expect the very best in queer cinema from around the world, including a Queer Arab strand in partnership with dardishi; The Scottish premiere of Jason Barker’s trans parenthood doc A Deal with the Universe, with filmmaker in attendance; And Dykes, Camera, Action!, a moving and often hilarious look at queer female identity on film with an inspiring introduction from writer and activist So Mayer and their feminist filmtoolkit.
