He will discuss his latest novel, An Exquisite Sense of What is Beautiful (Saraband, 2013), and talk about the writing of historical fiction as seen through his first two novels – The Credit Draper (2008) and The Liberation of Celia Kahn (2011) – both set in Glasgow’s Jewish community.
