Well, you asked for it, and we are only too happy to oblige…
The IF is back this summer, for one month only.
Every Saturday in August, we’ll create informal evenings of theatre, music and visual art at the Southside Studios in Glasgow.
These events will be low-tech and low-risk, giving artists a genuine opportunity to be bold, innovative and brilliant.
You might see the first draft of a play that’ll never reach the stage, a scratch performance, a video, a comedian, a DJ, a new album before it’s released or an unfinished song.
We’ll create unique and exciting evenings of informal entertainment at our secret garden in the middle of Govanhill.
All you have to do is bring and open mind, a bottle if you’d like a drink and a few quid for the donations box.
We’ll announce individual artists performing on each night on these event pages, so check back.

IF it’s an unfinished idea and a “try stuff out”.
IF it’s art that will never be a “commodity” or a “compelling product”.
IF it’s about the fire in our bellies and not the money in our pockets.
IF you’re all invited. See you there?
