Here are some photos I took from our recent trip around the Kelvingrove Art Gallery - thanks for the invite Alan.
The new entrance is at the back of the Gallery at basement level. This is a photo looking back at the entrance from inside.
The new basement gallery - a space suitable for large exhibitions and events.
The stairs up to the main ground floor hall are on either side of the entrance hallway.
One of the empty galleries from the first floor. The entire building is so much lighter due to the stone cleaning resulting in more reflected light.
The new restaurant area - with a veiw across the Kelvin to Glasgow University.
This is the Spitfire - still to be unpacked - that will be hung from the ceiling in one of the rooms.
