West End Festival 2000: Janey Godley at Jesters Comedy Club

Janey Godley

Janey Godley was born and lived in the East End of Glasgow.

Janey learned most of her comedy skills and crowd control in an East End bar,that she owned for many years.Her first performance was at the Tron Gong Show and she lasted longer than the allotted 5 mins!!! She not only headlines all over Scotland,performs in all the major clubs all over the UK,but regularly entertains the Scots and Irish crowds in "Queens" New York !! Janey's MC skills are often her mainstay in comedy,she regularly Mc's the Paisley gig and Jesters Glasgow. She has had two successful Edinburgh Fringe Show's at the Gilded Balloon .

Janey has written for television and radio.
