Dragons at Sundown - Naga Mas

Naga Mas play Indonesian gamelan music in the beautifully tropical setting of the Kibble Palace, Serene and stately, occasionally startling and energetic, gamelan represents a philosophy quite unlike that of the West. The traditional repertoire comes from the ancient royal courts of Soho and Yogya in Java, which have preserved it despite colonisation by the British, Dutch and Portuguese.

Naga Mas (Golden Dragon) also feature a number of modern compositions in tonight's performance. Come and experience an evening of eastern culture in the West End.
