Roast free range turkey breast & leg traditionally garnished, jus roti
Sirloin of beef, pommes dauphinoise, onion puree, wild mushrooms, sauce Bordelaise
Peterhead hake fillet, smoked haddock, buttered leeks, smoked butter sauce
