Sirloin of beef, pommes dauphinoise, onion puree, wild mushrooms, sauce Bordelaise
Peterhead hake fillet, smoked haddock, buttered leeks, smoked butter sauce
Pumpkin, parsnip & beetroot gratin, goats cheese, toasted seeds, herb dressing

Steamed Xmas pudding, brandy & vanilla creme anglaise
Dark chocolate & hazelnut delice, salted caramel, macerated cherries, milk ice cream
