The Butchershop Hogmanay and New Year Celebrations
Spending New Year in Glasgow? We’re planning on seeing in 2012 with our New Year’s Eve (Hogmanay) Celebration Evening.
Come celebrate Hogmanay and New Year’s Day with us at The Butchershop.Our Hogmanay Party begins at 7.30pm and finishes at 2am.

What better way to celebrate Hogmanay than with live entertainment and a five course feast of meats including Scottish 21-28 day dry-aged fillet mignon, rib-eye steak, and of course a dram or two?
Our New Year’s Eve party begins at 7.30pm with canapes and prosecco swiftly followed by four other decadent courses.
Creamy potato, chestnut and roasted garlic soup will be served with crusty bread, creamy butter and rock salt, followed by seared west coast scallops, braised pigs cheek, cauliflower puree and braising juices.
Once you’ve devoured your first two courses and perhaps a champagne bellini, the feast of meats will be served: chargrilled New York strip, tender fillet mignon and rib-eye steak, accompanied with grilled flatcap mushroom, hand cut chips, bernaise sauce and house Butchershop salad.
Chocolate heaven then awaits as dessert comes in the form of chocloate brownie, mousse and sorbet. The night then truly begins with our live entertainment and as the drinks flow, we’ll raise a glass for the bells and welcome 2012 ’til 2am.
And to cure any light heads on New Year’s Day, we’ll be open from 12.30pm and will be serving a New Year’s Day roast menu.
