Slow cooked Ox cheek,
pea puree, sautéed mushrooms and sweetcorn
Cauliflower and parsnip veloute,
potato gratin
Pan seared mackerel,
kale, bacon, beetroot, beurre rouge
Mains
Chorizo crusted monkfish,
spicy haricot beans, peperonanta
Roast turkey,
pork and oregano stuffing, sweetcorn and sprout fricassee, pico de gallo salsa, mole poblano
Renfrewshire D Rump steak,
horseradish butter, roasted carrots, chunky chips (Supplement £5)
Porcini polenta,
wild mushrooms, salsify, pickled red cabbage, slow poached hen egg

Milk chocolate & clementine trifle,
cinnamon marshmallow
