Call Me By Your Name, GFT
16 – 20 February, 2018
An aching and gorgeous drama, adapted from Andre Aciman’s novel. Italy, summer 1983: Elio (Timothée Chalamet) is a precocious 17-year old American-Italian boy, innocent and uninformed about matters of the heart. Oliver (Armie Hammer) is a charming American scholar on a residential placement assisting Elio’s academic father. Amid the sun-drenched surroundings, Elio and Oliver discover the heady beauty of awakening desire over the course of a summer that will alter their lives forever.
