I discovered your site some time ago and have enjoyed dipping into it from time to time.
In fact for the prints it didn't occur to me to try your site, but my Google search for"Art prints Glasgow" ( or something like that ) brought up your site and I was delighted to find a source for good quality signed Avril Paton prints - Exactly what I'd had in mind.
Ordering was easy and done late on Friday night. The prints arrived securely packaged the following Wednesday.
I couldn't fault this service and am delighted with the product.

I can honestly say that I had no problems buying the print from your site and that it arrived quickly, there were no problems with payment and the recipients were delighted. (it was for a Christmas present) I think the note included by Avril was a lovely personal touch, and delighted the recipients almost as much as the print itself.
Although I say I had no problems, I have to admit that I initially managed to order a print that was already hanging on the recipients wall, (zero points for observational skills to me!) so in a panic I phoned the number on the delivery tube to see if I could get it swapped. I had tried to email you to change the order, but apparently you were on holiday? Anyway, the net result was that I did get an alternative print and a phonecall from Avril herself to let me know she would be sending it to the Framing Shop for me to pick up. Excellent service all round, and a little anecdote for the new owners of 'The Blue Room'!
I also think that the prints are very reasonably priced.....although I may be shooting myself in the foot for any further purchases! Yours sincerely,
